Making a settlement

To settle the rental turnover with the owner, create a Settlements. Booking Experts will automatically prepare expected settlements based on the Owners' Agreements made. You can convert these expected settlements in bulk to a concept invoice. Read more information here.

Making settlements manually

Settlements can also be made manually at any time, for example if an object changes owners. Or if you need a settlement for a different period.

Creating settlements via Settlements

You can create a settlement via the Owners tab and then settlements.

Then click new. You select the property and choose the period for which you want to create a settlement.

Creating settlements via owners' card

It is also possible to create a settlement via the Owners Map. Click on the owner you want to create a settlement for. Click rent account next to the property for which you want to create a settlement. Then enter the start and end dates.


After creating a settlement, you can create a concept invoice and send it to the owner.

The Settlements created are given the status new in the overview of settlements.

If an incorrect settlement was sent by mistake, you can credit the invoice and create a new one.
