View availability

In this article you can read how you can view the availability.

It is possible to see the availability of the accommodation.
When you are logged in, you will see the Availability button at the property.
You can click here to go to the availability calendar screen.

On the availability calendar you can see for each accommodation:
- which period(s) are available;   
- which period(s) are reserved;
- which period(s) the accommodation are blocked for maintenance;
- which period(s) the accommodation have been reserved for own use.

An explanation is given in the legend about the different colors that are used.


View availability for multiple appointments

It could be that you have multiple agreements, for example because there is a change in the commission agreement or a change in the periodic costs to be charged. The current agreement is then ended and that also means that only the availability is shown for the current agreement. To see the availability for a new agreement (or a previous agreement) you can take the following steps:
1. Choose in your portal for all agreements, there will be an arrow next to the button Availability;
2. By clicking that arrow you will see the list of all agreements;
3. Scroll down in this accommodation block;
4. Choose the agreement you would like to;
5. Then you can check the availability of that agreement. See below.
