In the Access cards tab, you can search for access cards by using the search field and/or the filters.

This allows you to search using:

  • The card number;
  • The identification number (license plate);
  • The guest's name.

In addition, you can filter on:

  • Cards that are active, blocked or both;
  • Cards that are not expired, cards that are expired, or ones that are both;
  • The access card type.

By default, the most recently created card will be displayed on top.

Automatic generation and check-in at license plate registration

Within the link with CAT, we allow for the option to immediately check-in the reservation at license plate registration. For this, the arrival date must correspond to the current date and the reservation must be paid in full. As a result, you do not run the risk that a non-fully paid reservation will be checked in and is present in your park.

You can read more about this here.

Enter name for non-linked access cards

There could be a moment that you hand out an access card to a supplier for example, because there is no owner or reservation, you cannot link it to one of these two. In this case you want to make sure you know for which supplier, which access card is valid. To make sure you don't delete it by accident.

To do this you can use the Additional text on card.

  1. Go to the Access tab;
  2. Choose Access control cards in the right sub menu;
  3. Search for the specific access control card;
  4. Click on the card ID to edit;
  5. Here you can add the Additional text on card;
  6. Click Update access control card to save the changes.
